Business Continuity (BCP) Commitment
We maintain a Business Continuity framework to ensure essential operations can continue during disruptions (e.g., IT outages, health crises, utility failure, or supply chain issues).
- Identify and safeguard critical business functions.
- Maintain secure data backup and recovery procedures.
- Provide flexible/remote work arrangements when needed.
- Establish communication protocols for employees, clients, and partners.
- Review and test continuity procedures periodically and after significant changes.

Life Success Program Sdn Bhd upholds the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Our Code of Conduct requires all employees, contractors, and partners to act ethically, comply with laws, respect confidentiality, avoid conflicts of interest, and treat all stakeholders with fairness.
Anti-Corruption Policy
We adopt a strict zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. All employees and representatives are prohibited from engaging in corrupt practices, offering or accepting bribes, or any activity that violates the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act. Any suspected breach will be dealt with seriously.
Whistleblowing Policy
We encourage employees and stakeholders to report concerns regarding misconduct, unethical behaviour, or violations of company policy. Reports can be made in good faith without fear of retaliation. All whistleblowing reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly by management.
Health & Safety Policy

- Ownership: The Managing Director is accountable for ESG, BCP, and Risk Management implementation and review.
- Review Cycle: Policies are reviewed annually or after material changes.
- Training & Awareness: Relevant personnel receive periodic briefings on their roles in continuity and risk controls.
- Compliance: We comply with applicable Malaysian laws and regulations and honour client-specific requirements.
